On the ground floor, a living room, equipped kitchen, large bedroom and adjacent office (ideal baby room) giving access to the upper floor, bathroom and separate toilet. On the 1st floor (possibility of access from the outside to avoid going through the bedroom) lounge area, 2 bedrooms with shower room. Large garden, quiet environment. Bike path 500 m away. Large Sunday morning market.

Typical house of Normandy (brick and flint) renovated with garden, entrance and private parking. 70 m² rental, fully equipped to accommodate you in the best conditions. Located a 10-minute walk to the village center where you can find all types of shops and 5 km from the sea. The house is close to Veules-les-Roses instead of La Terre du Lin. At more or less 1 hour you will find Etretat and its cliffs, Rouen and its historical history and Le Havre with its majestic port.

New independent apartment on the ground floor located in a modern house, well located in a quiet setting with exceptional sea views. Quiberville is located on the Alabaster Coast between Dieppe and Veules-les-Roses. Very nice place on the coast where you will find many hiking trails, you can practice sports, kitesurfing, windsurfing, in summer the nautical club is open with boat rentals. In this seaside resort, we find all kinds of shops.

You will find authentic materials, vintage tools and some surprises integrated into a comfortable and spacious home. This cottage is part of the history of our family of carpenters and thus gives life to a building doomed to demolition.
