Perfect for a stopover on the Chemin de St Jacques or cyclists following the Véloscénie!

The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor lunches and barbecue. Will be at your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jaccuzy ( excluding late Nov - March) bikes and… Numerous activities: forest walk, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Extended check-out time during the weekend (Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday evening)

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip.
