You will have access to a 78-square-meter winter-inhabitable house with two bedrooms and an electrified granary with 2 different sleeping areas. A total of 8 beds. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, dishwasher, microwave, air heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. Barbecue canopy, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a rowboat are also at your disposal.

A spacious living area is equipped with a large, L-shaped sofa adorned with decorative cushions. A work desk is positioned beside two computer monitors and a supportive office chair. A circular coffee table rests on a soft area rug, while natural light filters through a nearby window.

Cozy terraced house in a good location. Within a kilometer's walk of LUT University, local shops and services. 6 km to the city center, bus stops nearby. 1 km to the shore of Lake Saimaa, good hiking trails in the nearby terrain. The apartment is my home, I hope you will enjoy it here as well. Space for the whole family and an excellent setting for a business traveler or student with electric desks and extra screens. Fully equipped kitchen, pet places by agreement. Sauna, terrace and a small fenced yard.

The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. You also have a free WiFi, a parking space with canopy and electric vehicle charging station. We make the beds ready, so bed linen, towels and detergents are included in the price.
