I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but nice. The apartment is integrated into the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking space available.

Charming idyll in the countryside

The apartment is on the second floor of our wooden house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wooden style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

Chalet-Aloha

Herzlich willkommen im Chalet-ALOHA ALOHA steht im Hawaiianischen für Freundlichkeit, Frieden, Lebensfreude, Liebe und Wertschätzung. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements (1 double bed, 2 single beds that can also be used as a double bed). The apartment is perfect for guests who appreciate tranquility and at the same time want to be quickly in Klosters, Davos or the ski resorts of Madrisa and Parsenn (bus can be reached in just 5 minutes). A private underground parking space is also available.

In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m2 with a separate entrance. The bedroom is located in the sloping roof on the second floor bed mass two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for one more person is located in the living/kitchen area. WiFi, parking is included in the price. Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Our young family with 2 children rent this new and modern 2 bedroom apartment in Vandans. Our house is beautiful, very quiet and located directly under the forest in the Vorarlberg Alps. Our guests can enjoy the wonderful view and peace of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with private garden section to the fullest.
