Shepherd's Cottage

Shepherd's cottage is a delightfully cosy annexe with it's own private entrance and own cottage garden. Tucked away on a no through road, that leads directly onto a bridleway and footpaths, Shepherd's cottage makes an ideal place to stay for those who simply want to get away from it all. We welcome 2 small dogs ( pet fee applies) and horses - with a choice of fields to keep your horse in ( additional charge of £25 per night for horses). Complimentary bottle of wine on stays of 4 nights or more.

Lovely cosy place to stay in the heart of Dorset

Oak Tree Barn is a self-catering holiday accommodation in the heart of the village of Hazelbury Bryan, Dorset. The conversion was completed in early 2012 using locally reclaimed materials and keeping many of the original features. The Barn is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer, the detached Barn has a large open-plan lounge and kitchen with views towards the local hills. The two bedrooms (one double with bath, one twin with shower) overlook paddocks where sheep graze and chicken forage.

The Barn @ Star Farm

Set in the heart of the Blackmore Vale in rural North Dorset, The Barn@Star Farm is a spacious 2 bedroom self catering holiday let furnished and equipped to a high standard. Recently converted the barn has its own private track and has wonderful views over unspoilt farmland. The property is quietly on the outskirts of the village of Hazelbury Bryan and is within a 45 minute drive to the Dorset Coast. The market towns of Sherborne, Blandford Forum and Dorchester are all within 20 minutes drive.

The Annexe is situated on a working organic dairy farm, nestled in the most idyllic part of Dorset; perfectly located for beaching, country pubbing or long walks in the rolling countryside that surrounds. Couples hideaway, entirely your own space in a quiet friendly village. Private driveway parking, entrance with steps, situated over owners garage. Covered patio area with table, chairs, views of countryside. Key safe entrance via patio doors into living/kitchen area, sofa, table and chairs. Separate bedroom with king size bed, bedside drawer units, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe. Separate shower room with loo, basin and large shower. Smart TV, log in to Netflix, Amazon etc.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

The Annexe

The annexe consists of a bright and airy bedroom/ sitting room upstairs and a kitchen diner with small shower room downstairs The sitting room leads onto a large balcony overlooking a large pond and countryside views The town of Dorchester is 15 miles away with access to the Jurassic coast about a 40 minute drive away
