The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Hier oberhalb von den 2 Burgen Sterrenberg und Liebenstein in der kleinen Ortschaft Lykershausen ist es vor allem nachts schön ruhig. Man hat hier ziemlich viel Platz. Das alte Bruchsteinmauerwerk und die Holzbalken machen den Charme des Hauses aus. Der Lehmputz sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Der Rheinsteig geht hier durch den Ort. Die Hindenburghöhe ist nicht weit. Auch die Marksburg und die Loreley sind nicht weit entfernt.

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
