Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

It is a 10-minute walk to Lyngby and a 15-minute drive to Copenhagen or a direct train connection to the center of the capital. Other: A local train behind the garden stops at midnight and starts early in the morning. With the windows closed, you can't hear the train.

A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden.
