Holiday rentals with a patio in Lynnwood

Our stay in Seattle at Evalyne’s place was fantastic! The condo was very spacious, clean and in an excellent location — walkable to downtown Seattle and the waterfront. Evalyne was also super flexible on check in and check out times as well!

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

This space was wonderful! We absolutely loved the quirks and bright colors. It was an easy check in and great communication from Karla. We will definitely be back! Also, definitely worth the price!

This was a gem of a place! Clean, quiet, close enough to walk to local restaurants and bars if that’s your thing. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. Jay was very a responsive host with great communication. Parking nearby wasn’t an issue at all. 10/10 would stay again!

We lived our stay! Great location in west Seattle, easy to get to your typical tourist activities. The space was great, spacious and had everything you need and more! Try accommodating with my 9 month old, we appreciated all the necessary baby supplies and toys! Easy check in, and included parking, which we loved! Also! A cute park down the street if you’re traveling with kiddos :)

Gem of a spot. Jeff put a lot of thought into the design. Bathrooms got heated floors and double shower heads! Shout out Spencer for sharing!

We had a great stay there. THe location was quiet and lovely and the host was really responsive and helpful with our questions and requests. The house itself is nice and cozy too.

If this place is available for your dates and you’re on the fence about booking…don’t be. Make the booking! BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Extremely clean, well stocked, comfortable and welcoming. Gabe is so easy to work with. The neighborhood is beautiful. The patio and landscaping are amazing. The beds are super comfy. We enjoyed the basketball/pickleball court and the children’s outdoor play area. So many details in this home that make it so special! We feel very lucky to have come across it. Don’t hesitate!!

Sam's place was a perfect getaway for our short stay in Anchorage. Unit is well stocked, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again!

My first real experience with Airbnb and it was fantastic. I hope to be able to stay there again next time we go to Seattle. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. Convenient to everything else. The hosts were flexible enough to let us check in several hours early. The albeit small back yard was pleasant and the fire pit was a nice touch. So was the sauna! Townhouse was big enough to spend time with daughter and the kitchen was well enough equipped that I could cook a couple of meals. I can’t thank our hosts enough!

Beautiful home by the lake. Excellent residential location. Bus available at 12 minutes walking distance which connects to Link Light Rail Station. Very proactive hosts. Every request was taken care of, provided car at affordable rates for local travel. Would come again.

We all had a very nice stay, easy to find and get inside. Great location for us :-) it would have been nice to have a baby bed and a high chair for the baby as we were coming from overseas, we had to buy them as it was cheaper than rent them for 10 days, also I think it would be a good idea to have a shoe rack by the front door to put your outside shoes on. Thank you from all of us we would all like to come back and stay at your place next time we come over for a visit :-)

it was great, water pressure was awesome but trash bins were completely full, and suggestion to post that all bedrooms are upstairs only for handicap and people that have a hard time to climb stairs. Otherwise thank u Alena!

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed Jane’s condo! The apartment was very clean and welcoming with its decorations and amenities. It was the perfect size with a gorgeous West facing view that let in the afternoon sun while also being a perfect spot to see sunsets. The location is so easy and convenient, I never had issues with finding street parking and it’s a pleasant walk to the central part of Capitol Hill. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Seattle getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

日本からサッカーのクラブワールドカップの試合の為に泊まりました。 最大6人で泊まりましたが、日本の1LDKとは広さが段違いなので充分寝られました。（とはいえ大人だけなら5人がおすすめです。） 観光の中心地にありシアトルの観光地へはどこでも歩いて行けて、車なしでも凄く便利でした。 豊富なタオルや寝具、どでかいベッドとエアベッド、食器類も鍋もありスタバのコーヒー粉が複数種類揃ってました。 ホストのロバートさんは返信も早くフレンドリーで、こちらは翻訳アプリを駆使してたまに楽しいトークもしてくれて凄く楽しかった！ （日本でも人気になったバンドのメンバーだったそうで☺️） セキュリティも良く安全な都会のおしゃれマンションです。 ちなみに記載の住所を日本からGoogleMAPで調べると違う建物が出てきますが、写真の素敵なビルが正しいです。 I stayed here while visiting from Japan to watch the FIFA Club World Cup. There were up to six of us staying, we all slept comfortably. The location is right in the heart of the city, and we were able to walk to all the major sightseeing spots in Seattle — super convenient even without a car. There were plenty of towels and bedding, a huge bed and an air mattress, cookware and dishes, and even multiple types of Starbucks coffee grounds stocked! Our host, Robert, was very responsive, friendly. The building is modern and stylish with great security — we felt very safe throughout our stay.

Our stay at Vagners place was very peaceful and quiet. It exceeded all of our expectations.

Super location and the unit was very clean and updated. Brianna communicated well and provided clear instructions. Certainly will try and book again on next Seattle visit.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

The condo was clean and well-stocked to make a guest comfortable. Ken responded quickly to messages. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise so future guests should be aware of this. Also, the condo is billed as being air conditioned. There is a portable AC in the bedroom that is not great. The unit itself does not have central air. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

The complex is wooded and has interior beautiful landscaping. The unit is upstairs and looks onto it. The furniture and bedding were just what we wanted. The binder of what you need/want to know is great, there is storage, it's neat and clean, and modern with interesting/practical furnishings. We will stay there again in the future.
