Our 3* Gite sleeps up to 6 people and offers beautiful and peaceful surroundings, with views from your own terrace. Access to large in-ground heated pool (10x5x1.5m) and gardens. Bicycle hire is also available. It’s living accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (1x double, 2 singles & 1x bunk), a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and large living / dining area, complete with log burner, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Washing machine and dryer is available in separate building.

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats, sheep and chickens. Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

Close to the private pool and hot tub, our cottage is also accessible for people with reduced mobility, comprising 1 pleasant living room with kitchenette, living room, sofa bed (135 bed) very comfortable, TV, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 140 and 1 bathroom, walk-in shower, toilet. The pool can be accessible to people with reduced mobility depending on the disabled. The cottage - labeled 4 * - is arranged in an old school. A new primary school is installed on the adjoining grounds, so noise disturbances are limited to the operation of a school. The decor and equipment are particularly neat. The garden is enclosed and the swimming pool, private (5m/11m) is covered and heated. The owners request access to the swimming pool 1h.30 / day. The owners live across the street and are therefore always available.

La Barn des Marronniers

Ancienne grange entièrement rénovée. Grande chambre avec salle de bain à l'étage. Cuisine et coin salon au rez de chaussé. Située à l'ombre de deux grands tilleuls. Calme et sérénité assurés. La piscine est chauffée grâce à un volet solaire ce qui nous permet une température de baignade d’environ 30 degrés en pleine saison et d’environ 25 degrés en début et fin de saison ( début mai et fin septembre à début Octobre).

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
