Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in autumn :) The apartment has an amazing patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10km to Lysekils city centre. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

Welcome to my little paradise. Close to nature accommodation with both the sea and animals/bird life outside the window. Patio with sea view. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists collective workshop, artist café (on weekends and all days in summer.) Also close to famous tourist locations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet area, mostly part year residences.

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cottage on three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. In the cabin there is a fully equipped kitchen with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the possibility to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a whole day sunbathing on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you get downstairs to the cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Guest house of 16m2 with secluded sleeping area with 2 bunk beds and kitchenette with kitchenette. Outdoor shower and private house with incineration toilet are available at the back of the guest house. Secluded patio with sea view and barbecue access. Åbyfjorden with lovely sun stoves, grass areas and bathing jetty only 200m walk from the cottage. The nature with lovely forest walks all around the house. Holiday gems like Kungshamn, Smögen and Hunnebostrand 10-15km away.

Havsnära gäststuga (ca 20 m2) med stor altan (ca 40 m2) i utkanten av mysiga Bovall. Ca 1 km in till centrum. Badrocksavstånd till havet. Bad med stege. Nära till Smögenbryggan, Kungshamn, Hunnebostrand, Nordens Ark, Sotenäs Gk och allt annat trevligt i Sotenäs. Stor altan med matplats, grill och två relaxstolar. Helt nybyggt kök och badrum. Bäddsoffa med plats för två. Sängkläder,handduk ingår högsäsong. Städning görs av hyresgästen. Längre trappa upp till boendet.

Close to nature, a few kilometers to the nearest beach and 30 minutes drive to both Lysekil and Smögen, there is a lot to explore on your stay!

A cottage in an annex of a newly built garage in quiet villa area and with walking distance to the center of Lysekil. Fresh smaller accommodations with a spacious bathroom. The property has a complete smaller kitchen and a small patio space at the entrance. 300m away is the largest grocery store in Lysekil. Child-friendly bath with shallow sandy beach you have 10 min walk away.

Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.
