Approx. 500 meters to a fantastic tapas restaurant with associated vineyard. About 700 meters to Coop grocery store. Beautiful green area to walk in right outside the door. Bed linen available to rent. The tenant does the final cleaning.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. Welcome to stay in our little cottage on the mountain with a secluded location and a view of the Västerhavet. Several swimming areas within a few hundred meters. Walking distance to swimming, gym with indoor pool, cafe, pizzeria, boat and kayak rentals, electric light trails, etc. A half-hour walk or a short bike ride to Smögen and Kungshamn. A women's and a men's bicycle are available to borrow.
