Fantastic newly built & modern villa in Bovallstrand

The house is located in stunning Bovallstrand with sea views. The house is in sweaty ground. The entrance level consists of a large modern fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island from 2021. Dining area for 10 people and large living room with fireplace. Tiled bathroom with brass details and shower. On the entrance level there are built-in loudspeakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. The downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in-closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and private exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for space for three. Downstairs there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and big screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where there is a jacuzzi, sunbeds, patio furniture and dining for 10. The whole house is state of the art with all the luxuries that may be needed and with the latest equipment. Broadband is connected throughout the house.

Bright summer house in the heart of Bovallstrand.

Bright and modern summer house in the older part of Bovallstrand. Short walk to shops , restaurants and the unique swimming islands suitable for all ages with both sandy beach, swimming ladders and diving towers. Large deck with room for all residents around the table. Amazing view from the balcony where Väderöarna is sifted on the horizon. Modern kitchen with gas stove, micro and dishwasher. Large shower room and sauna in the basement level. The child chair is located in the house, bicycles,outdoor toys and slopes are in the storage room. Well-functioning wifi.

Lovely 1.5 floor villa with large terrace facing directly south. The house is located about 500 meters from the sea and several beaches are within walking distance. Here you will also find opportunities to find a secluded place to swim from the rocks. In the area around, there are also great opportunities for outdoor activities such as rock climbing, running and walking. Several farm shops are also available in the area as well as two restaurants, Bastevik kitchen & bar at Basteviksholmarna and Skaldjursmagasinet in picturesque Norra Grundsund.

Charming renovated house in downtown Ellös with 2 levels and basement. 3 large bedrooms. Large property with space for play & games .Outside with barbecue. Shops, bakery, seafood shop, restaurants, service within walking distance. Here is also, for example kayaking and Orust's probably best swimming area. Or take a walk to / in the harbor for good lunch and views. 5 min to the sea 5 min to the forest. Nice hiking trails. Golf course 3 km. The owners can arrange boat trips into the sea band. The house is located with beautiful views of the big garden. A few minutes walk takes you to salty baths in Brofjorden and crab fishing for the kids. Living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace with barbecue facilities. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower. Washer/dryer. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Very good opportunities for swimming, climbing and hiking in the area. There are several excursions within a radius of 20-40 minutes such as Vitlycke, Nordens Ark, Fjällbacka, Smögen, Lysekil.

Charming school in Lysekil Municipality

Welcome to Lyckebro old school! Here you live easily but pleasantly with proximity to some of Bohuslän's main gems. We have three twin rooms and a double room (continental bed 160 cm wide). Rooms are 10-12 sqm. Our guests have access to the garden and our newly built orangery. Cleaning is not included in the price, as a guest you clean yourselves, however, there is the possibility to buy cleaning for SEK 800. The host couple lives in the school's old teacher's home with a separate entry.
