Lilla Solvik

Cozy "Lilla Solvik" was moved here from the roaring sea at Islandsberg's lighthouse, by lighthouse master Österberg, 80-90 years ago. Here you can hear the rush of the wind like a whisper, for those of you who want to experience the calm and share it with us. Proximity and walking distance to playgrounds and swimming areas, the nature reserve Vägeröds dalar, Tempo, Fish Shop, Pizzeria, the restaurants Brygghuset, Gullmarsstrand and Golfkrogen, Equestrian club, mini and golf course, tennis and paddle courts, Bus stop/ferry and Roskälllan's local train.

Cozy cottage on the West Coast

Rent our guest house in beautiful Bohuslän! In a quiet valley, close to both the sea and lakes. The cottage is about 35 sqm and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and an induction hob. The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and the living room a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm). In July and August, we only rent out weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

A few hundred meters away is a pizzeria, bathhouse with cafe, gym and sauna, as well as an outdoor swimming area and exercise track. Rental of kayaks & small boats for day trips in season. Modern compact living. Defibrillator nearby.

Huset och omgivningarna passar särskilt barnfamiljen och vandraren. Lantligt, naturskönt och tyst läge, ostörd tomt med klätterträd, vilda bär, bergknallar och stor gräsmatta. Sandlåda, fotbollsmål och studsmatta. Altan med grill. Eldplats för öppen eld. Kort promenad till bryggor, liten strand och krabbfiske. Två vandringsleder passerar huset, nära till ”Bohusleden”, Bohusläns bästa besöksmål och flera golfbanor. Snabbt wifi. Får, höns och kaniner, 2 kajaker att låna, liten motorbåt att hyra.

Perfect quiet location at hotel Smögens Havsbad with walking distance to the best bathing cliffs and to the jetty. The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on the 1 and 3 floors, living areas on the 2 level. Perfect for large family or several families wanting to share houses during the holidays. We only want to see families as guests.

Wake up to sea views in this lovely, bright apartment in Gerlesborg with only 50 meters to the sea!
