Holiday rentals with a patio in Maalaea Bay

We booked this air bnb as our anniversary trip in Maui and it’s the best location in Kihei and steps away from beachfront. The property is very quiet. I like how its central of Maui and can get to places within minutes! The unit itself was great with minor issues with the master bathroom sink being clogged which resulted to slow drainage. The host did offer to fix but we were on a schedule and didn’t feel comfortable with anyone entering the unit without us being present. Hopefully, this got fixed for the next guests. Other than that minor issue, great property and we will def be back!

We stayed at Nate’s place for 11 days and it was fantastic. Pictures are accurate, very clean, and the location is great. The place has everything you’d need for a vacation in Maui (beach chairs, beach towels, cooler etc). Nate responded quickly to any questions we had and his guidebook was very helpful for the best places to visit. The place exceeded expectations and we will be back!

Marie was fantastic! Her place was spotless, and I felt right at home. I’ve traveled all over and stayed in several Airbnbs, but Marie’s place has everything one could think of. Like ziplock bags and laundry baskets. It is the little things that makes this spot worth it. It was also very clean and located near some great food spots. A bonus was having a sauna to use at our disposal. I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

Overall just as described and the bed was comfy. I also appreciate that there were beach items provided for free (three beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkelling goggles, rain umbrella/ rain hat, and two pool noodles). They had everything we needed for our trip!

Awesome stay with unbeatable views from the balcony! Saw sea turtles everyday and the overall location was perfect to get all around the island.

This was a great condo to stay at for our first trip to Maui. Very quiet. Very clean. Both my husband and I remarked on how comfortable the bed is. If you want to explore the island by car you are perfectly situated. But you also have a very low key beach right in front. We walked the beach for an hour and watched the sunrise every morning. Absolutely perfect.

Both beds were extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect just steps away from Kam II beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything was perfect for our short 2 night stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Taryn’s place was amazing! The morning sunshine view overlooking the ocean and huge balcony, clean interiors, bed was very comfortable and overall had a great stay. Taryn was great and very responsive with anything I needed. Thank you!

Mike was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty of space for two of us and the kitchen was nicely stocked with good quality knives, dishes, etc. We were able to easily prepare full meals. There are several restaurants, food trucks, a coffee shop, grocery store and yoga studio all a short walk away. We were able to find beautiful hiking in a less than 30 min drive. I was nervous about no air conditioning, but found it not to be a problem. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return if in the area again.

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

The airbnb was great, clean, easy access, and it came with its own parking space and patio. Overall pretty content with the place, it was comfortable for a group of 5 no complaints. And Emma was an awesome host! Super responsive, understanding, and let us check in early. She also gave us recommendations of nearby activites and restaurants which was a nice gesture. Overall happy with the airbnb, would stay here again.

Great place to stay. My husband and I, my 4 young children, as well my parents stayed here for our 9 day Hawaii vacation. This place was like being at home with all the things you could need! There was snorkeling gear, beach towels, a beach wagon, fins, water shoes of various sizes, etc. in the garage. We didn’t have to buy anything for the beach! Inside was comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have been better! Walking distance to Kihei Village and lots of fun places around!

We loved this home. Whether it was having dinner with a Maui Sunset or enjoying the first morning cup on the front patio with the blue Pacific as a backdrop or just enjoying the home and beautifully kept landscaping, with pool, we have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly felt like we were guests not customers. I was traveling with my Niece and her teen age and adult children and we all loved it. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Restaurants, beaches and shopping all very convenient. Several good swimming and snorkeling beaches minutes away. From first contact through checkout, this was my best experience with Airbnb. Mahalo, Joe

Staying at Kapalua Villa’s is a must when you go to Maui! We absolutely loved the condo! The views from the condo were priceless and steal your attention the moment you walk in. The place was clean and had everything you need. The beach was a short 7-10 min walk away. Kim was amazing! She was professional, attentive and very responsive. We had multiple questions and requests throughout our stay such as a beach umbrella breaking a few days in, and Kim had it replaced in less than 15 min! Kim was always available to assist. My family and I look forward to staying with Ridge Realty for our future trips to Maui. I have one complaint that has NOTHING to do with Ridge Realty. The resort once offered shuttle service which would take you any where you wanted within the resort but stopped it, this was very disappointing. I hope Kapalua sees the value to the shuttle service and brings it back soon. Thank you Kim for being an amazing host, for a beautiful place making my special trip memorable!

This place is perfect! Small but clean and has everything you need. It has a beautiful ocean view and is a perfect location. 6 minute walk to a lovely little beach and about 6 min drive to another very popular and fun beach for swimming and snorkeling. We loved our stay. Gabe is very reachable, responsive and accommodating host! Would recommend to anyone staying in Maui!

We stayed at Kamaole Sands 29 years ago, and being back for our first time and at Anke’s place, we loved it! Felt right at home, had every amenity we needed. The beach supplies were used daily! We drove up to Makena beach and relaxed a lot! Enjoyed restaurants that were within walking distance, grocery stores, and the beautiful sunsets from the lanai!! Thank you again, Anke! We will be back!

Doug’s place was absolutely beautiful!! Loved the beach view!! As well as all the beach equipment available to use (beach chairs, water boards, snorkeling equipment) And easy access to a more private beach! Doug was also very responsive and answered all questions asked, as well as recommendations on restaurants! Would most definitely book here again! 😊

Charles was super kind, responsive, and a great host! His studio place was GREAT, in a prime location, and very clean. Had beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs for us to use which was awesome!

We really enjoyed the proximity to the ocean surf. The are lots of things to do in Maui, but we enjoyed the condo so much we mostly just hung out. Thank you Bill for making this a great visit to Maui!

Our stay at Terri’s condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location was Beautiful and the condo was perfect with everything we needed. It was a perfect spot to be in the middle of everything we had planned for our trip and we definitely will be staying here again

This was such a nice place to stay in Wailea. It's so close to the beautiful beaches, shopping, food, coffee etc... We had a great time and felt really comfortable there. The pool is nice and the sunset view from the lanai was lovely. It was super nice to have access to beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear so we didn't have to spend time renting it. Would love to go back!

Rogers place was great. The tide is a bit higher and you do have to walk to either the left or right a bit to get to a spot on the beach to where you won’t get washed away but it is not far. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the beach. Roger was very responsive and communicated well! I would stay again. The view was amazing and the sunsets were gorgeous!
