Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

A true pleasure for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists and/or mountain bikers. The deck is a newly realized, detached and sustainable accommodation on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht. Accommodation is located along the Kromme Rhine hiking trail and is a stay for up to 4 guests and is equipped with two separate bedrooms 1 and 2, with private bathroom with toilet. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can stay well. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn.
