A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.
“The henhouse is a lovely place. It is cozy, cozy and fully equipped. Delicious fresh eggs, milk (including milk frother), coffee and a number of other things are available. The garden is spacious. Parasol, chairs, table and lounger are provided. Hanneke & Arie are very hospitable. In short, a must. I like to come back sometime.”

“This place in Maassluis we can highly recommend. We have stayed 1 month with Ellen & Wim. We had a good time with them. The room is spacious and sparkling clean. Ellen is preparing a perfect breakfast. The room is having all facilities you are looking. The location is great, just about 10 minutes walking from the train bringing you to the heart of Rotterdam. Are you looking for a cozy place to stay nearby Rotterdam, just put this one on your short list.”
Monumental (from year 1750) house in the ancient town center of Maasland. Location is 15 minutes from Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague city center. The beach is also on 15 minutes distance. Easy connection via public transport. The place is relatively large and contains 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. The entire place is for the renter. So, you’ve got your private bathroom and living room. UPD: Kitchen installed in April 2020!
“The apartment was cozy and stylish, and Peter was a great help with his quick responses and local recommendations! He was more than happy to answer any of my questions and converse with me about travel plans. The heaters and hot water work really well, and the main bedroom overlooks the canal for a lovely and quaint view. Maasland is a small village, but I was surprised to find traditional windmills, a cathedral, a candy shop, a well-established café and grocery market all within a 10 minute walk. I highly recommend this stay for a genuine experience of Holland!”
