Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,70 each a night.

Close to the city centre 3 km, just 10 min by bike and 30 min walk, and surrounded by a wonderful nature area. Free parking. Surrounded by meadows, this apartment is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city centre, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc can be reached from this location by public transport via a direct connection. An excellent place for both a relaxing and business stay!

With a lot of attention and love, we have renovated and furnished the space, so that a pleasant accommodation space has been created. You have the option to book our wellness separately in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. The cost for this is €60.
