Ana’s place is charming and comfortable. The view from the back terrace is spectacular. Ana kindly made a dinner reservation for us nearby and supplied us with freshly baked bread for breakfast. She is an excellent host and her place is perfect for relaxing in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We wished we had time to swim at the nearby river pool which looked amazing. Maybe next time! Thanks Ana for a wonderful stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this space. It was peaceful, amazing views, and our 3 boys had such a great time enjoying the jacuzzi and jumping into the river. Quiet town that is the perfect escape.

Estadia bastante agradável. A casa da avó é acolhedora, confortável, limpeza impecável e dispõe de tudo o que é essencial para umas férias na aldeia. A D. Dália é uma óptima anfitriã, proactiva, muito simpática e sempre disponível. Recomendo.

A localização é espetacular. Ótimo para quem quiser apenas relaxar e apreciar a natureza, desde aproveitar o sol matinal com uma paisagem linda a apreciar o céu estrelado à noite. We absolutely loved our holiday here! It's one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed on with Airbnb. The views are incredible and the garden is the perfect place to decompress and relax. João was incredibly responsive and helpful if we had any questions about the house or local recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore a different side of Portugal outside of the city ❤️

Tudo impecável! Casa excelente para 2 casais com filhos. O único ponto eventualmente menos positivo (que para nós não nos causou qualquer problema) é de que a casa se situa numa aldeia muito pacata, sem grande oferta de serviços (como um mini-mercado, por exemplo). Não obstante, estamos a 10-15 minutos de Tomar e Ferreira do Zêzere. Estamos também a essa distância de "n" praias fluviais. Em súmula: para nós, tudo 5 estrelas, desde a casa à anfitriã

Paula doet er echt alles aan om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Wat een lieve, aardige vrouw en wat een fijn huis is het. We waren er in een nogal natte periode en in huis was het koud. Maar er was genoeg hout voor de kachel en ze kwam ons nog electrische kacheltjes brengen voor in de slaapkamers. We kwamen ook pas om 00:30 aan 's nachts en dat hadden we gecommuniceerd dus waren er verse eitjes en broodjes in huis voor in de ochtend want het dorpje lag nogal afgelegen (wat juist voor de rust heerlijk is). Maar we leerden ook dat er een bakker 's nachts langs kwam en dat je een tasje met een briefje erin kon doen en dat had je 's ochtends vers brood! Ik kan nog zoveel vertellen maar je moet het zelf maar gaan ervaren. Hoe dan ook: Paula is een topper!!

Min familie og jeg havde en dejlig uge hos Denise og hendes datter. Lejligheden var dejlig lys og rummelig, med 3 gode værelser. Vi nød især haven, poolen og citrontræet. Det var nemt at køre ud til de mange smukke byer og vandreture.

Um ótimo lugar para poder relaxar com os amigos. O apartamento é simples, mas tem tudo o que é essencial. Recomendaria apenas investir em alguns utensílios de cozinha como uma boa faca para carne e uma frigide nova. A vista é belíssima e a vibe do lugar também. O host foi muito gentil e estava sempre disponível. Foi muito bom passar um tempo neste lugar. O banho de rio é maravilhoso. Recomendava também apenas uma melhoria no Deck que dá acesso ao rio, estava velho e perigoso(era possível se cortar nas escadas. De resto, tudo muito bom. Recomendo.

Très beau logement, bien équipé. Bel environnement en pleine nature. Attention, des logements de vacances sont en construction aux alentours, occasionnant quelques nuisance sonores mais ça ne devrait pas durer. Hôte pas très réactif dans les échanges mais répond toujours aux messages au final. Je recommande.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Views and location were breathtaking. Eric’s Airbnb was extremely clean & had everything you could need. Eric was an amazing host who went above & beyond for us. Very proactive & helped out with any request we had, even when we needed to find a vet for my dog he was very responsive. The pool was incredible, hiking down to the lake & kayaking will be my favourite parts of our holiday. Already planned a trip for next year!!!

This place is amazing, the views are incredible, unfortunately the weather didn't allow is make use the pool whilst we were there but even without this we had 3 lovely relaxing nights here. Eric is friendly and helpful and we loved the visits from the dogs as we were missing our own at home. Casa zen is perfect for relaxing and winding down, the accommodation is spotless and the location is beautiful

We love staying at Rita’s place the ‘Cat Hotel’. It is in the heart of Portugal and this guesthouse in the heart of Pedrogao Grande is the heart of Portugal. Lots of beautiful places to visit, river beaches, pizza or burgers by Barragem do Cabril or vegan/ vege tapas at Pashamumma. Highly recommended.

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

What a wonderful stay we had at Sonia and Rui’s house. It was very well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were both very responsive, helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet with nice neighbours. There are 2 balconies with a lovely view of the lake, a barbecue, and the house itself is very spacious. The village shop is a short car journey, which is well stocked. We travelled mostly to Tomar (approximately 20 mins by car) where there are a fantastic range of larger supermarkets and restaurants. The direct water access was absolutely fantastic for us, and we spent most of our time on the water/at the lake. The launch itself is a short drive away, but not an issue to get to. The access to the lake is fairly steep, but walkable/accessible. Our 3 year old managed this fine, and couldn’t wait to go swimming in the lake everyday. There is also a shared condominium pool, and was quiet during our stay. We were sad to leave, but will be back!

Martjin & Corina were the best hosts we could ask for, made us feel welcome from the very first second. The whole place is lovely and suuuuper welcoming to who want to relax and connect with nature and a quiet place. They also know how to take care of their guest and have maaaaaany awesome tips and recommendations for activities and things to do around their place, such as Wakeboard Park, amazing natural pulls, hikes and the best restaurants in town. Their place is beautiful and meets all the details described on their page. I recommend it over and over again and hope to come back to this place as soon as we can.

A casa tem uma situação fabulosa, com excelente vista para a Barragem e uma varanda acolhedora mesmo em dias de chuva. O facto de podermos estacionar mesmo a porta ajuda com as bagagens. E a zona envolvente é realmente agradável, com uma excelente piscina e a barragem em si, ambas boas para banhos refrescantes, que o calor aqui aperta no verão... A proprietária foi muito simpática e disponível para qualquer pedido nosso.

Tudo óptimo tal como da primeira vez. Localização fantástica. Perfeito para descansar.
