The house consists of: a kitchenette-living room with a double sofa bed, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and a large covered terrace where you can spend pleasant hours relaxing and equipped to dine outdoors. The whole house has a pleasant view of the sea. It is located in a private and quiet area and is within walking distance of the city center, and you can reach the beaches in a few minutes by car without entering the city traffic.
