MISTRAL VILLA BAJA SARDINIA

The apartment "Mistral" is named for it's location to the North-West where the wind blows the mistral wind. The villa which the apartment is in is located 200 mt. from the sea and 600 mt. from the centre Baja Sardinia (5 min by walk). The road that surrounds the villa is a private road guarded by a 24 hour security. The apartment has also steel grill out of the windows in order to have piece of mind you to leave open your windows any time of the day and night if you like. The apartment has two double size bedroom in main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds connected to become doubleif you wish. There is two bathrooms one is en suite the main bedroom, large living room open Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hot water kettle, cooking stove and oven which you can use if you wish to cook. In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted in a double bed. All rooms have air condition and heating for the winter stays. Outside the apartment there is the laundry room in the garden so you can put your washing any time of the day without the noise disturbing you. We have a patio furnished so you can enjoy dining outside with our beautiful views. There is parking and barbeque to use. Overall it is a home designed and furnished to provide maximum comfort for you, your family and friends.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

The villa surrounded by a huge garden has spacious equipped verandas, and a beautiful private swimming pool completely reserved. It consists of a large living room with dining area, kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool and a third double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the garden there is also a beautiful BBQ area with pizza oven.

Independent villa with direct access to the beach, 20m from the sea, in a very quiet residential area. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with stereo, wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, safe box, and private car park.
