Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Madison County

Mike was super responsive and helpful even checking early to make sure I was okay with the bed situation with my number of guests and reaching out when a larger place was available for upgrade. The place had a fantastic view and very nice beds with a large bathroom. I would love to stay there again!

Amanda was an AMAZING host. We had a small issue and she was extremely communicative and had the issue resolved immediately. We loved everything about our stay and the surrounding area was a bonus. Would definately stay there again!

This place was a very fun and unique stay. The converted school house has interesting history. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The coffee shop downstairs has a very fun and funky atmosphere and great drinks. The available homemade pastries and quiche looked amazing too! It’s conveniently located to shopping and sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity. The one downside i can come up with is there are 3 locked doors to go through in order to get into the apartment upstairs. Not a big deal though.

very cozy space. looks exactly like the pictures. very clean. host is very responsive and friendly. the beauty supply underneath came in handy when i broke a nail. the bathroom is HUGE. the shower can easily fit 2. the tub is do-able with minimal effort. the hard part is getting out of the tub when youre done. only cons: 1. paper curtains in the bedroom, so no darkness whatsoever. we were up with the sun. 2. mattress was worn. there is a large strip across the top section where it dips in. we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed the 2nd night and it was better.

Tricia was a wonderful host and her place was perfect! Zero complaints or issues. We will be booking this cute little apartment next time we come to town.

Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Neighborhood was close to St. Louis' attractions. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was clean and functional with modern appliances. It is an older building and steps leading to apartment are relatively steep, as is often found in older dwellings.

If you click on it and like it... it's going to be exactly what you are acquiring also the host went as far as getting a projection screen for my mini projector ,very clean and fresh , peaceful, quiet nice and cozy and on check out day hungover woke up just a little bit late to pack our things and was giving the time needed to check out and not rush I'm gone keep it short and simple you won't be disappointed

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host, Marie, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, providing helpful recommendations. Marie made Christmas truly special for our family. The communication was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect little house for my husband and I and our son. It was very peaceful, and comfortable. I loved the little sunroom/porch on the front for reading after little man went to bed.

We loved our stay at The Seedling Guest House! It was very easy to find and has ample parking! We had enough room for our large pickup truck and U-haul trailer. The house is adorable! We loved the quaint boho-chic decor. It is so beautifully decorated and very comfortable and welcoming. The couch is super comfortable and seated 5 of us comfortably. The beds were very comfy, too. We were able to bring our Beagle and he was welcomed with food/water dishes and doggie treats! The host was very quick to respond, as well. The location is excellent, with some really nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We highly recommend Dewey's Pizza, Cafe Birdie, and Wasabi. All have really delicious food and excellent, friendly service. All are within walking distance of The Seedling. I wouldn't return to Sacred Grounds Cafe, though. The muffins were tasty, but that was all they had in the way of pastries. Not much variety, and the service was very cold and sub-par.

The home was beautiful. It fit us nicely. Mitchell was super responsive and was even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our plans changed. We will definitely look to stay at the property again the next time we are in town.

I love her placet was so clean and wash well stocked with needed supplies. l her set up it was beautiful and so comfortable i would stay here anytime I come back to visit. I recommend to anyone. I enjoyed my stay.

I had a great time! The house was welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. i mean EVERYTHING. It’s just like the photos. The neighborhood was quiet, which added to the overall experience. The host is very nice and great with communication. Check-in was super simple. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

So i’m actually really glad i came across this place, check in was a breeze no hassle at all , location was good i ordered food immediately lol house looks exactly like the photos, i stayed alone so i didn’t need the extra beds but it was nice to have some space the basement was cozy as. well as the bed , i would definitely be booking again . loved it 😍
