It has two bathrooms (shared and mixed) inside the room, a desk, TV, air conditioning, and heating. Each guest also has access to free WiFi internet and the use of the shared kitchen and dining room, where they can consume and store their food, make coffee, tea, among other things. MINORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The 9m2 room is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. It has a large terrace window and balcony overlooking the square. There is a double bed (140x200cms), 32" Smart TV, coat rack and Air Conditioning (heat/cold). The bathroom is private, outside the room, just a short walk away. THE BATHROOM IS 1 METER FROM THE ROOM!!! Bed linen and towels are included.
