This 60 m² loft accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a 150 x 190 cm bed and a spacious double sofa bed. Bright, spacious, and fully equipped, it is perfect for both short getaways and longer stays. We have prepared the space with everything necessary to ensure a worry-free experience, whether you’re in the city for work, renovating your home, searching for long-term accommodation, or simply enjoying a well-deserved holiday. We will be delighted to host you for as long as you need. The loft is divided into two main areas across two floors: • Lower floor: You’ll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a cozy living room. The kitchen includes a standard-size refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, two-burner ceramic hob, toaster, Italian coffee maker, and cupboards stocked with tableware, cutlery, pots, pans, and all essential kitchen utensils. • Upper floor: The bedroom and bathroom are located here. The bedroom features a 150 x 190 cm bed and a double wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials for your comfort. During your stay, we provide bed linen, one bath towel per guest, a bath mat, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper. The loft also includes Wi-Fi, Smart TV, heating, air conditioning, underground parking, paddle tennis court, seasonal swimming pool, green areas, and a fantastic location surrounded by cafés and restaurants. Everything is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable, functional, and enjoyable stay.

The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in southern Madrid (Usera), exceptionally well-connected to the city center via Metro Line 3 and right next to a beautiful park and the Caja Mágica complex. The apartment is shared only with me and my dog. The house atmosphere is independent, quiet, and very welcoming.
