The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. The apartment is located on a small pedestrian street leading to Plaza Mayor. Cobblestone streets and beautiful gardens are nearby, as are the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, the area's main attractions. The apartment is perfect for groups of up to 4 adults or kids over 12 y.o. or non-walking babies. The apartment is very conveniently located in the middle of the main attractions in town. The famous Mercado de San Miguel is also there (Madrid's most renowned gastronomic market).

The location is very central, but in the Conde Duque neighborhood, where it's peaceful to stroll. It's a renovated old house with plenty of natural light and four balconies overlooking the square. Being centrally located, there may be some noise, and while the windows have been restored, they don't completely block street noise as they are original, not PVC. The kitchen is modern and open-plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom.
