One of the best Airbnb's in Santa Fe, the apartment is very cozy, very spacious, super clean, and very quiet; the pool that is upstairs is heated, every time I can come back again, super recommended!!

Lucy’s place is really beautiful and is mostly quiet. It’s in a large complex with other apartments so the walls are a little thin but everyone went to bed at a respectful hour. The security guards were very kind and helpful and it’s a good element to have 24/7 security. The shower didn’t have any soap - just shampoo and conditioner but those were very nice products. I only stayed for one night and Lucy was very accommodating and friendly with a late booking. I think this apartment would be must worth it for more than one night (as many are likely) because of the costs associated with cleaning. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would stay again. The apartment is exactly like the description and photos. It is a place with a lot of accessibility and a very good location. Close to shopping centers, restaurants, doctors. It's a bit noisy at night on the highway. The whole stay was perfect. I'm very happy.

Everything is excellent, the Department, as shown in the images of the listing, a very quiet area, very quiet. Everything really exceptional is located in a very central area, where three blocks away, you have the metrobus and you can move extremely easily to any part of the city

And Loft of an excellent space to be able to stay with everything you need to be able to do the work of the office at home. The host is extremely responsible and attentive to everything that is required. However, I would consider this accommodation again for future occasions.

It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building, without annoying noises. It has a fast Wi-Fi service. Excellent climate, cool. If you are chilly, you will eat comfortably without being cold and if you are hot, there is a large fan at your disposal, in addition to three windows that not only provide ventilation but also a lot of lighting, which you can do without by lowering the windows. But the plus is that Gonzalo is a host who cares about his guest and is available by WhatsApp at all times, always trying to make sure that you have the best stay in his apartment.

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

Lorena and Reyna are amazing hosts! We felt at home during our stay. Such a cute and cozy spot in the middle of a lot of restaurants and cafes to walk to. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again :)

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!

Maja was amazing — truly one of the best hosts I’ve had! The apartment is beautiful and peaceful, with the added charm of birds visiting the feeder in the early morning. The temperature was great during our stay. Maja went above and beyond — after we left, she found some meds I had forgotten, and sent them over in an Uber. Seriously impressive! Five stars all around!!!

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

Excellent apartment, Juan Pablo took great care of us, it is an apartment that is well worth it, the amenities are also spectacular, the space is as it appears in the photos, the location is excellent.

Location and condo was great.

We stayed because of a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The set is very clear in its regulations, which facilitates coexistence in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we made use of the pool without a problem. Having the shopping center in front facilitates a lot of things. It's a ten out of ten.

I took such a long time to decide where to book and I am SO glad I booked this place. Geo clearly knows how to be a great host!. The apartment was clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is in a busy street, however the location of the apartment was very quiet. There was always friendly security ready to let us in and out. The bed! Very comfortable! Weather was hot, but fans were enough to keep us cool at night. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat for the cleanliness, feeling very well taken care of and the location. Oh! and we SO appreciated the water filter!
