This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 (with two babies) - very safe, spacious; every need was met in a timely/responsive manner and we couldn't ask for more. Location is definitely centrally accessible but make sure to account for traffic!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, the view is very nice and the area is quiet, the pool water is at a good temperature and has everything you need

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

My mom, son, and I stayed here and we loved it. The house is very spacious and stays very cool. The bedrooms are great sizes. It is in walking distance to the center of Tlalpan which has so many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Maria and Teresa were very helpful and always responsive. Thank you! We will be back!

Was definitely better than what i imagined great place to stay and great host

The house was perfect for our long term stay. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Ideal location for walkable major supermarkets and department stores. Generously sized bedrooms each with ensuite and two comfortable double beds. Secure street and leafy, peaceful neighbourhood. Veronica is friendly, responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs for travelling with children. The house is a comfortable and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of CDMX well worth the price. Thank you for having us, Veronica.

Excellent place, very cozy, clean and tidy. Cooper (the doggie) welcomes you with great joy and Alma was always helpful and friendly. We had an inconvenience with the lock upon arrival, but Alma set out to help us immediately. Highly recommended and enjoyable. I would definitely go there again.

Absolutely amazing suite in the heart of Condesa. Adrian and Fernando were amazing host and always quick to respond. They even gave an amazing guide to the hot spots and restaurants surrounding the apartment. Despite being in town, the suite was exceptionally quiet at night and was easily walkable to some great food and sites. We will definitely be staying again when we are back in Mexico City. Apartment matched descriptions and had amenities such as shampoo and soap along with towels. Small kitchen essentials were available as well plus 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Highly recommend! Don't miss this beautiful spot!!

We have nothing but good things to say. Águeda was a ten host: attentive, friendly, super flexible and always aware that everything was perfect. From the first message until we said goodbye, everything flowed amazing. You can tell that you love every detail. The house is a jewel: comfortable, well equipped, with super nice spaces and perfect for what we needed. We were recording content and it was the ideal place, both inside and out. In addition, the location is unbeatable: nothing from the center of Coyoacán, which made it very easy for us to make tomas in the surroundings.
