The location of the flat is ideal for those who love exploring the city center on foot and wish to immerse themselves in the vibrant energy of Novi Sad. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the flat, once a residence for an industrialist’s employees, holds a unique charm. The entrance and staircase to the flat exude a somewhat morbid charm, evoking a flair reminiscent of South America. Meanwhile, the delightful tram café just outside the door ensures a cheerful mood, whether you’re coming to or leaving the flat. My expectations for the location, cleanliness, and comfort were met 100%. Above all, the warm and welcoming interaction with Ivana and her husband made my stay as participant on the European Table Tennis Veteran Championships 2025 from the first moment on to may perfect home base für my 12 days trip to NoviSad! We decided to stay at La Casa Blanca for our family vacation and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Irma was responsive, and her answering all questions and giving clear instructions about checking in was extremely helpful. About the house… I must be honest and share that I have never seen more beautiful home in Serbia. Home is stunning with beautiful flower garden in front and backyard with gate facing Danube. Sitting outside and by the river were one of our highlights of this trip. House is immaculate. Contemporary furniture, stunning art and quality is absolute top notch. Kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. Alexa, Netflix and local TV channels were great to have. Grocery is 5 min down the road and nice restaurants too. We explored Fruska Gora as well which is 30 min away. My family enjoyed their stay and we all have memories to keep looking back at. Thank you Irma for having us and thank you for being so helpful! We hope to be back sometime soon!
