There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, gas oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. A barbecue is in front of the cottage Of course, the gite has WIFI. A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

We offer for rent a 40 m2 independent studio in a cottage at the edge of the forest and Chavanon gorges. The studio terrace overlooks a flower garden. Access to the vegetable garden and aromatic plants is possible. Silence,walks,mushrooms, wild nature, fishing, deer slab, swimming in the fresh waters, nearby walking paths. 20km as the crow flies, beautiful views of the Sancy Mountains.

If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
