We visited Volos for three days, and were thoroughly pleased. The place was exactly as in the photos, comfortable and clean. The location is extremely convenient as it is right in the center and you can get everywhere you want on foot. Mrs. Evaggelia welcomed us with a big smile, she was very pleasant, polite and eager to make us feel at home!

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

Great place, great apartment. Great spot for explorations, very close to the sea. very kind host,who responded instantly to what we asked him. But we didn't need anything, your home provides everything you might need.

Well-equipped studio, located in the city center, close to many shops, but in a quiet street. Ideal for a stopover in Volos. A very responsive and accommodating host, including at check-in time, which is always appreciated!

The host provided a lot of information before we arrived at the place - how to get there and what are the best places to visit around the area. He was always helpful and quick to respond. Check-in was automatic and flexible. The place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a ton of little things like an umbrella, board games, coffee filters, candles. Those small details really elevated the place for us. Bed and shower are on the small side, so might be a bit tight if you are a bigger person. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the best taverns, pubs, shops in the area. It was also very peaceful.

Were there for the 2nd time and it was great again. Apartment and surroundings are really nice, Athanasios is mega nice and always knows a few nice restaurants and beaches. We will be happy to come back!

The place is in the center of the city and very close to the sea, but it is also isolated from the city's noise, which makes it preferred and convenient. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. It was clear and well-arranged. We had a great time in Volos, and this was part of the experience. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is worth the money, it is close to the sea and in the center,it is very quiet,the owner responded immediately when I needed him.The only negative is the issue with the quite hard mattress and the lack of screens on the windows and balcony doors!!!However, I highly recommend it and would go comfortably again.

The studio is located very close to the main road, while at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. The hostess Maria is always smiling and kind, which contributed greatly to our wonderful holiday in this magical place. The village of Horto is small, but equipped with all the amenities and is a great starting point for any landmark on the peninsula. We would come back here again and again!

Very clean house, easy to fund and exactly as shown in the pictures There was always hot water, free coffee and wifi. Both bedrooms were comfortable

The accommodation is in an excellent location in the center of Volos and whatever you need (coffee, supermarket, food, etc.) is within 10 steps. The room was impeccable, clean, very warm and welcoming with incredible views of Pelion and Volos Port. Vasilis and Violeta were extremely helpful and great guys who helped me directly when I needed something. It is highly recommended especially for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the city and explore it!

This is an excellent stay exactly as described, located in the heart of everything. I have stayed before and will stay again. Absolutely love it.

Everything was spotless, clean, and tidy.

Great, private and peaceful place, awesome sunrises for the early risers. Very close to Volos and other nearby towns with lots of restaurants right on the beaches. You'll definitely get your steps in going to the Rooftop but it's in the name, so be prepared! We enjoyed the extra steps. Our only complaint was the hot tub not getting as hot as we would like. However, we enjoyed lots of activities, I actually proposed right across the street at a very nice beach-front restaurant, and we had some great relaxation out on the private patio. Would stay here again!

We we were three and stayed 6 nights. The place is very nice, spacious and well equipped. We strongly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is absolutely stunning, although I would recommend a taxi from the airport! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A great stay in a beautiful villa . A large swimming pool that allows you to swim and services that are extraordinary and of very high level. Alfonso and his team are available and extremely thoughtful. We strongly recommend!
