Excellent stay. The host was very responsive and friendly. No waiting time to do the check in, the consierge was there and he showed us the apartment. You can enjoy the city by taking a taxi for 1.1 DT and it will take you anywhere for this fixed price. You can visit El Jem, Monastir, and Sousse by Train, or you can go to the louage station and buy your ticket inside the station.

Beautiful view everything is perfect: condionné air,TV, dishes, washing machine. the internet connection was just missing that could be added to the apartment amenities highly recommended

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay thanks to Marwa! We had our flight canceled at the last minute, and despite the unforeseen circumstances, Marwa was incredibly responsive and caring. We contacted her around 7 a.m. and by 8:30 a.m., everything was organized! At 9:30 a.m., we were already in the apartment. She even picked us up at the airport and offered us a little tour of Monastir before we settled in. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: brand new, super clean, very well equipped and pleasant to live in. And the icing on the cake: after accidentally slamming the door and leaving the keys inside, Marwa arrived just 5 minutes after our call to help us out, always with a smile! A huge thank you to her for her availability, kindness and welcome. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Mondher's home is beautiful, large, clean and in the perfect location! Mondher and Mouna were wonderful. Very kind people, as is their entire family. Very helpful, thoughtful and generous. Thanks so much for the water, the fruit, all the food, and for such amazing service. It's a huge apartment with a comfortable bed, lots of light, a nice breeze every day, wonderful balcony off of the large kitchen. Just perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful home. You can walk to everywhere you would want to go. Really a great comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

The villa was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming: they took us to the airport, left some food at the villa, suggested restaurants... The villa was big, very clean, in a safe neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place. We are very happy to have chosen it!

We had a pleasant stay at this house located just 20 meters from the beach, with a warm atmosphere and adequate air conditioning. The terrace upstairs, with its barbecue, is a real plus especially in the afternoon. Access to the house is via a small street, which can be a little tricky, but the owner was extremely welcoming and guided us to the address without any problem. Finally, it's interesting for those looking for tranquility since the nearby beach is not very busy. The only downside is the quality of the network on the ground floor, which is low (you have to go upstairs or go out to pick up). But it allowed us to disconnect a little and enjoy more of the family moments.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!
