Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Mahwah

I took 5 teenagers and this place was perfect. Little market directly across the street, pizza place the kids walked to each night just a couple doors down, and my favorite, Pabade Bakery! 4.00 ham and cheese croissants for the teens each morning. The Air BnB was perfect, clean, well kept. You could feel love and care was put into the place. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Bus stop at the end of our street. Host was very helpful and responsive. I will say however if you have 2 vehicles you may have trouble finding parking for your second vehicle. They do a 'clean sweep' on each side of the road on Mondays between 1 and 3 and Thursdays 1 to 3. we weren't there to move it for 2 hours and got a ticket. But this is not the hosts fault. Just something to be aware of. I will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you Sebastian for an awesome trip.

10/10 recommend Shelly and Abe’s place! It was the perfect sanctuary to retreat back to after a long day of exploring New York City. The decor is lovely, it has everything you need and a comfortable bed to sleep in. It is a beautiful building in a great area and in walking distance to Penn Station which made our commute to the city easy. We had a great stay!

Celebrated my 1 year anniversary here and it was lovely! The decorations were beautiful and I absolutely loved our custom wine bottle! Thank you so much Shaquannah for everything! 😊❤️✨

This amazing apartment screams VIEW and LOCATION! The apartment has sweeping views of Central Park with beautiful sunrises for you to enjoy. It is located within JW Marriott Essex House with a common entry and exit from the hotel. Breakfast and meals are available at the Marriott on paid-basis. It is located at the south entrance of Central Park, its a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 min walk to Times Square. Everything that you may possibly need in New York is located around you. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and is well equipped with essentials. The host along with his property manager, Luke, communicated very well and made our stay comfortable. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next day in NYC !!

At Thanksgiving we like to be at an Airbnb instead of an hotel while visiting family in the area. Roseanne's place was perfect for three of us. The condo was very comfortable, clean and a private place to be altho we didn't spend a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and there is a lovely view. We would stay there again.

We had a fantastic family weekend getaway at Chris’s place. The room was spotless and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. Chris was an outstanding host—very responsive and incredibly informative, providing all the details we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the extra care he took to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

Great place, exactly as described! Steve and Marlo were very quick to address any issues we may have encountered. I would definitely recommend this place as it's close to alot of cool attractions and less than an hour away from NYC!!

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Massimo was the absolute best and sweetest, honest, helpful, generous, considerate person I’ve ever worked with on here. His home was so beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. He even provided snacks, water, and mash mellows and graham crackers along with the sticks if we wanted to use the onsite bonfire. He thought of everything down to little candy in trays, chocolates , probably the best bed I’ve ever slept in. There was not 1 thing about this trip I could complain about. I bragged to my friends who came over how amazing he was even at responding when I got lost. I’ve recommended him to a few people already so I hope he gets an abundance of business. It was worth every penny. He is an exceptional host and person. I will make it back to stay again. If you’re looking for pure comfort and ease don’t waste a burger second and book ! Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

This is one of the best places I've been! The surroundings are beautiful, the house is in a perfect location on the lake. Communication with the owner is easy and fast

David's place was a perfect accommodation for our family group of 7 people! We could walk across the street to the Full Circle for dinner or breakfast baked goods and coffee. the house has a wonderful yard work firepower (which unfortunately the rain prevented us from using. ) the yard is perfect for active kids who love to run around and explore. The location is also perfect for access to local wineries and to Minnewaska State Park. Thank you so much David!!

We were there for West Point graduation. The location was great and we could fit the entire family party in one place. Unfortunately, we have tall men in the family so its difficult to find beds that accomodate the 6 foot 3 inch uncle! But other than that, we all appreciated the house.

Pickel Farm is the sort of rental you hope for when renting an AirBnb. Lovingly cared for and maintained, the house is a home, not just a rental. The grounds are beautiful - tranquil location but minutes from Peapack (great coffee, restaurants...). We stayed with our three kids and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We'll miss Pickle Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the area.
