Отличный опыт долгосрочного проживания. Кондо соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Хорошее расположение, рядом 7/11 и supercheap, до пляжа 15 минут, на байках - несколько минут. Отзывчивые хозяева: возникший вопрос с кондиционером решили буквально в этот же день. Если будем в Камале, точно выберем это жилье.

Все очено круто! Обязательно вернемся в это место. Пляж супер, все близко. Есть отель где можно позавтракать. Любые рестораны в 10 минутах на машине. Арендуйте машину и наслаждайтесь!

A beautiful place that exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. Kelly was incredibly kind and helpful – we truly appreciated her willingness to assist with anything we needed. I would gladly stay here again and definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I really loved my stay at this Air Bnb. The accommodation itself was amazing and just as the pictures showed. The outside was very nature filled and absolutely stunning. And also quiet and peaceful. There's a beach that is about 10 mins walking distance with a lot of food places and it's not overly crowded like other places. If you want to go exploring just be aware the location is far from alot of things. It's closer to the airport. It seems like alot of the activities are more south of the island so transportation will be steep. But I loved it because I wanted to get away from the overly touristy areas and this place was perfect for that. The host was also very friendly and kind and I had zero issues checking in and checking out. Overall I'd give this place a 9/10 💜

Понравилось всё. Мы семьей с одним ребенком проживали в данных апартаментах 12 ночей. Анна нас встретила с аэропорта, по пути предложила заехать за водой в магазин. Апартаменты очень уютные, идеально подошли для нашего состава семьи, есть две изолированные комнаты и два санузла, одна кухня-гостиная. Есть все необходимое для готовки и комфортного проживания: кухонные принадлежности, стиралка и сушка, тихие кондиционеры в каждой комнате, горячая вода и хороший напор воды. Большой запас чистых полотенец + в наше 12дневное проживание был один раз клиннинг со сменой постельного белья. Сама квартира по квадратуре небольшая, но достаточно эргономичная в своей планировке. Все новое, видно что совсем чуть-чуть в использовании. До моря пешком 15 мин, в комплексе много бассейнов включая детский. Вообще я бы сказала, что весь комплекс заточен для проживания с детьми, кругом были дети. В радиусе 5-10мин пешком есть два небольших супермаркета и обменника, вдоль набережной много кафешек. Рекомендую ❤

This place was absolutely amazing! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed – even better than the photos. The resort itself exceeded all expectations: stunning pool, peaceful atmosphere, and top-notch facilities. Everything was better than we imagined. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Surin Beach. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Really nice modern apartment! Has everything you need. Apartment was spotless. The host is really helpful and replies promptly. The location is great, only 10mins walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are an even shorter walk.

fantastic host of a fantastic apartment. we have stayed in a few apartments over the years at Mai Khao but this one was so thoughtfully provisioned with bits and pieces to make the stay more enjoyable and easy. not all hosts do this. a lovely welcome selection of fruit and snacks and chilled drinking water in the fridge, and soap and detergent to keep things clean. again not all these apartment hosts do this, so it was appreciated. spotless and beautifully presented, top floor and great views. our favourite.

Having warm pools right outside our doorsteps without any tourists was incredible! The property had a really nice gym and beautiful backdrops for taking some amazing nature pictures. We also had our own private beach within a 3-minute walk. Next door was the Renaissance, which had multiple 4.5-star restaurants, all within a 5-minute walk. 5/5 recommend.

The apartment is amazing! It's cozy, comfortable, and has everything I needed. I want to give a big thank you to Jane—she is a wonderful person who helped me with everything, even things not related to the apartment. The best host ever! :) All of this made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

Pros: - Great location on the beach and walkable to a few nice restaurants. - Very quiet, safe and peaceful condo and surroundings - good for families. - Kannika was very friendly and responsive to any requests or questions. - Clean unit with all the basics you'd need and good cookware, just bring your own way to make coffee if you don't like instant coffee from the kettle Cons: - A bit of funny shower plumbing with the hot water when the not-in-use bath faucet was turned a certain way but we figured it out quickly enough and now the host can guide guests if they face the same situation.

This is a nice place to stay, out of the bustle, in Phuket. The 6th floor unit in Building B was very nice and cozy - others beware, the charge for electricity is double what the electric company charges and make sure you agree before signing up. Other than that, definitely give this place a 5-star and the property manager, Jojo is the best! Very responsive nice and polite.

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Alles war perfekt. Besonders hat mir aber die Klimaanlage gefallen, die wirklich gut gekühlt hat und fast nicht zu hören war. Kommunikation war auch spitze. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

My spouse and I have stayed in the apartment for a little over 1 month and really enjoyed the stay. The host was always responsive and tried to help with everything extremely effective and fast. Definitely recommend the place for a short or long-term stay.

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

Sylvain was an incredible host. Him and Mali were amazing hosts. The place was incredible, the stay was incredible. Most importantly - the hosts were always available to support and accommodate in every way. As a tourist - the experience was so supportive. Highly recommended.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, für eine Woche eine Bleibe zu suchen und hier sind wir fündig geworden, ein kleines Schmuckstück auf einem Hang gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf Kata Beach. Jean-Michel hat uns gleich einen Kontakt zu der Verwalterin Eve hergestellt, die uns vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Beim öffnen der Wohnungstür raubt es einem den Atem, der Blick ist traumhaft, der Sonnenuntergang noch viel schöner. die Wohnung ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse können komplett geöffnet werden. Man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool am späten Nachmittag mit einem Glas Wein ist fantastisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool oberhalb des Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich schön angelegt, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Andamansee und den Sonnenuntergang . Wer kein Auto hat, fährt einfach Bolt, das klappt immer. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel
