Die 1-Zimmerwohnung ist 37 m2 gross und der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Skiferien, Biketouren und Weindegustationen in der Region. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein bequemes Boxspringbett, eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Esstisch und ein Bettsofa mit TV. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
