Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality carpentry furniture. The beautiful old town of Landshut can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.
