The spacious vacation home is located in the exclusive residential area of Puig de Ros and is only a 20-minute drive from Palma. The beautiful semi-detached house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is the modern and fully equipped kitchen, which is adjacent to the spacious living-dining area as well as a guest toilet. On the 2nd floor, there are three bedrooms which can accommodate up to six people and two bathrooms. On site there are all services such as a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants.
