The farm is not in a condominium, it is close to the Dona Catarina neighborhood, close to Markets, Bakery, Gas Station, Go by Rod. Castelo Branco KM68, Swimming pool with solar heating. If there are not at least two days of sunshine before check-in, the pool will not be heated. There is no electric heater. Great location near the highway, less than 3.0 KM. It is not in a gated community, and I accept small pets, There is no kennel on site for pets, High-speed Wi-Fi (Vivo Fiber Optic). Home office desk.
