We love the hospitality of those who welcomed us. The house is easy to find, but I believe a bit more prior instructions about accessing the condominium and how to get to the house would make it easier for others, but Maria was open to calls and messages and it was possible to find the place disruptive. The house is spacious, the swimming pool and very great common areas. The room fits comfortably 6 people (plus those who fit on the floor). We really love the place, I think it's worth it if you look for a quiet stay without leaving the place. Negative point maybe it would be the value on the holiday to be more than twice as many as on normal days, for only one night - I understand holiday is high demand, but I still found a value much higher than it would be without a holiday.

Our stay was impeccable, thanks to the wonderful place and also to Suy, a kind and caring host, who welcomed us with great affection and was always available to help, without ever failing to respect our privacy. The place is a true refuge in nature! The property is surrounded by a quiet lake, with lots of vegetation and a serene atmosphere that made us relax from the first moment. Despite being a space surrounded by nature, the access was easy and very well guided by Suy, who gave us all the instructions necessary to arrive without difficulty. Another positive point is that Suy resides in the same terrain, which brings enormous convenience, because it is always around if we need something, but without interfering with our privacy, since it is the same ground, it is far from the house. The communal area and pool are well taken care of and provide a perfect space to rest and enjoy the peace of the place. We're definitely going back!

We love the property, the house is well located, with enough beds for our family, well-equipped leisure area, barbecue, ping pong table. We didn't use the pool, as it was rainy and cold, but we used the fire pit and made a fire the 3 days we stayed. We simply love and intend to return. And a super important detail, the owner is Corinthian and that already deserves 5 stars.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment and will surely book it again! The apartment is as described and located in a nice condo building, with security and great facilities like gym, rooftop, lounge and laundry. The apartment has all the basic things one may need and is close to almost everything! Mini-grocery is right at the front of the building and very close to train station. Ubers are quick to come by as well. I like that the apartment has a balcony too! Close to bars and restaurants too. Security in the building is superb! Most of all, I appreciate Rodrigo's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. He made my stay really welcoming and was always there for questions. Very flexible and understanding and he gave clear instructions. I was happy to have met him personally even at the last day (thanks for the gift)! I can't wait to come visit SP and book this place again for sure.

Stadia was perfect. Leni was super sweet, gave great tips, responded quickly, and was flexible with check-in and check-out. I went with my boyfriend to relax in nature and we already want to go back hahaha the only two points of attention: 1 the internet is not very good: if you are going to work there, some heavy files do not open. 2 there is no water filter but there is a grocery store nearby and they also deliver. Everything else is wonderful! They had beautiful dishes, towels, Netflix logged in, shower with hot water, blanket, everything clean, I loved it <3 Thank you
