It was a great stay

We stayed at this lovely 2 BHK apartment in Candolim, Goa for 3 nights. The property is clean, well maintained and located in a peaceful residential complex with swimming pool, security and stilt parking. It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The apartment has all the required home appliances and utensils, which made our stay easy. There are also two balconies where you can relax and enjoy the greenery around. The beach and good restaurants are just 8–10 minute walk away and food delivery apps work well in this area. A general store is right next to the complex gate, which was very helpful for daily needs. The host, Mr. Gurpreet and the manager, Mr. JP, were very supportive and helpful during our stay. Daily cleaning was also provided, which kept the place neat and tidy. We had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa.

Nelson is a great host, very responsive, communicative and provides you with good local information and contacts. His airbnb is at a very convenient location. All necessary amenities are very close by. The airbnb itself is very comfortable, well furnished, ventilated, and has all the necessities for a short, as well as a long stay. I will be booking with Nelson, again if I am in the Margao area.

Hosts of this place were so cooperative and helpful that i would love to stay with them again in future, property was exactly same as it is shown in images, overall I would highly recommend this place for everyone if you are looking for a homely stay away from your home..

Brinda is an excellent host and her house is lovely. Infact we have decided to stay at the same location each time we plan to visit Goa now since it's convenient, has all amenities, well-maintained property, active kitchen with basic requirements and just about everything that you will need for a perfect holiday destination. If you are planning a Goa trip, Brinda's house is a perfect stay option. I have already shared her reference with som many people. Casa Mia apartment Goa was an absolute pleasure for spending our vacation. Location - This is one of the best placed apartments available on Air BNB. Perfectly placed between a calm beach of calangute (2mins walk from the stay) and the happening North Goa on the other side. The location is very well connected to main city which makes it even more convineant. On the other hand it has a calm sea away from the noise at a 2 mins distance. Hospitality - The two caretakers steals the show with amazing hospitality. I was travelling with a infant and their assistance was nothing less than that of a family. Everytime I needed something I was greeted with a smile and catered to with the best possible availability. Amenities & convenience - The apartment almost have everything one needs and we felt at home. Style & Comfort - It has a good blend of both comfort and style. A cosy apartment with a traditional look nothing less than what the pictures depict. Peaceful stay!

It is a very beautiful house close to the beach. The staff are prompt and courteous. And the cherry on the top has to be Agnelo's communication. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I would recommend this space to anyone staying in South Goa.

Everything was as described infact something’s were even better. Raju was super helpful. Due to being off season jacuzzi and sauna were not operational but just because we wanted to experience these things he started sauna and jacuzzi just for us. The local recommendation were top notch. Zomato Swiggy was available in the location 24x7 but would’ve still preferred a microwave to reheat the food as there was no dedicated kitchen. Overall loved the stay, will definitely book again.

The place is very decent, tip top. Nice perfumes and freshners are used which elevates mood. Amenities are as mentioned. Host is quite cooperative and responsive!! Worth paying and staying here.

Looks like pictures ! large space, clean, simple and very close to great resturants and 5-10 minute walk to beach. Communication was fast and appropriate (help re taxi costs etc) Huge fridge and access to a kitchen if we wanted (we did not use or see it but spoke to other guests who have also stayed many times there and keep returning) Overall a great stay Recomended restaurants - Alexs place (on beach) breakfast lunch and sunset dinners (always fresh food) CamRon resturant (2 min walk from accom) Pentagon - £2 taxi or 10 min walk - live music and great good

This has been my second visit and as usual perfect welcome and great service. No issues if you want to extend your stay. Great place to be with greenery surrounding the area as well as nice and quiet. Great enjoyed the stay.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Leuten. Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit den zusätzlichen Serviceleistungen, die man üblicherweise in Hotels bekommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gegend ist sehr sehr sicher. Das Apartment war wie neu daher hat es an keinen Annehmlichkeiten gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr proaktiv und absolut bemüht, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sicherzustellen. Er sie haben uns steht, positiv empfangen und bei jedem Anliegen weitergeholfen.

Great accomodation for those travelling with family. Very spacious and clean. Host and reception staff were very helpful.

It was a pleasure to stay in Jose’s flat. The flat itself is very comfortable, quiet with all the amenities required to feel like you were at home. The flat is very conveniently located for the extremely nice beaches, local restaurants, convenience stores, taxis and public transport all being minutes away by foot. Jose was an outstanding host. He went out of his way to ensure my stay was as smooth as it could be from the first minute I arrived in Goa organising a taxi to pick me up to assisting me in numerous ways during my stay. Furthermore, any minor inconveniences during my stay were actioned immediately. I would not hesitate in recommending this flat and indeed I look forward to staying there again in the future. Lastly, Colva & the surrounding areas such as Benaulim etc., are just a joy to visit with great beaches, restaurants and a calm relaxing environment.

Purple door feels like a home away from home! Comfortable, homely and peaceful vibe! Good locality, lots of restaurants, cafes, beaches around. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a peaceful and cozy stay.

My experience at Coral Stays was absolutely outstanding. Great place, the property was around 2.5km from Candolim beach. The staff in the hotel was very responsive and courteous especially the male help (forgot his name) kudos to him.

Great place to stay in South Goa. Located 7 minutes from the beach in a quiet locality. Lots of trees surrounding the house. The house itself met the description attached and was clean and tidy. Ryle as a host was great. He’s proactive and responsive, providing nice suggestions. Great place to stay overall.

A very good private place to stay. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Hriday responded quickly to all queries clearly. A couple of shops 150 metres away from the gate. I will recommend this place to any family visiting Goa.
