Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious,stressfree and relaxing experience away from home with family. It meets all your needs!! Villa Morning Glory in Betalbatim is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and homely stay in South Goa. Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

We are group of 5 friends had a nice time staying at Diksha's Villa. it's located in a peaceful neighborhood with great views around the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful vacation in Goa

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

We had an amazing stay at Kidena House. The property is beautiful and exactly as it is shown in the pics. The staff (Tej, Nitin and Ravi) were very helpful and super accommodative. The entire staff worked with clockwork precision. Daily Cleaning was undertaken. Food served was very tasty. The swimming pool and the water body add their own charm to the property. We would strongly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

The location was just perfect. 2 min walk to the beach. The rooms are very spacious and everything is just as described in the page. Its the perfect place for large groups to just chill and unwind. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, within 2-3min walking. Will definitely return.

Great stay. Rahul and his crew at the house were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazing and luxurious. There was a miscommunication about the use of extra beds in each of the bedrooms & personal use of the kithcen. Sanjay, the agent for this listing, did not clearly communicate these issues which could have been easily resolved stating them clearly in the AirBnB listing. Alternatively, the house staff and Sanjay could have clarified the rules with each other, rather than having the guest stuck in the middle of numerous miscommunications. Also, once we booked, the actual location of the house was was not revealed. We had to proactively reach out to Sanjay to receive the exact location. I use AirBnB everywhere in the world. The process could've have been smoother with better communication. These issues can be easily resolved when Sanjay has a better understanding of the property and its rules. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we would love to stay again in the future

I loved our stay here. Pictures does not do justice for this home. The 2 caretakers were so good and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and private for a few families to stay together. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which is perfect! Patios are cozy and welcoming. The pool was super cold for the kiddos but don’t let this stop you from checking this beautiful home out. Love the fine details put into the home. Thanks for a lovely stay in Goa and for the recommendations.

The place looks exactly like in photos. The care taker David is always available for help with recommendations and any items from local shops. Sinquerim beach is close by and worth a visit. Few local restaurants are close by and good for experiencing Goan cuisine. The pool is well maintained. The amenities are top notch and definitely recommend the villa for large groups who wants to explore Candolim. The place looks lit with lights at night , very calm and great holiday spot

This is a beautiful villa with helpful host. We felt right at home and had lot of space for our group with kids. This place is close to Candolim beach which is clean and has fun activities to do.

Had a great time at this villa . We rented the blue villa. It was well maintained, clean and spacious and everything was perfect. Location - Close to everything yet very peaceful. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept as well. The care takers (Umesh, Sapana, Rekha) and the watchman are very hospitable and took great care of us and made us delicious meals upon request. The included breakfast was really good as well: Service with a smile, good communication. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!
