Holiday rentals with lake access in Makarska Riviera

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The beautiful house and gorgeous, serene setting made this a place a dream to relax. And Marko’s hospitality and attention to detail really made this a special getaway vacation. The house was spotless, the pool pristine, and the beds and other furniture were comfy. We really hope we can return soon. We highly recommend!

We stayed as a group of 10 friends and the space worked really well. We loved the outdoor space, with the choice of eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Luka and his family were very friendly and really helpful. The property is close to a road, but we didn’t feel the traffic noise intruded. The Red and Blue Lakes near Imotski are stunning and the coast is very accessible (30 mins). We had bikes and there were plenty of lovely cycling routes from the door.

We really enjoyed our five night stay at Ružica's home! We felt very welcomed on arrival by personal touches from Ružica and her daughter. Our three boys (12, 10 and 4) loved being right next to the water, with the use of a kayak and paddleboard. Spending time on the lake in the morning & evenings made our stay really memorable and relaxing. The apartment has everything you need with special touches such as comfortable beds, dishwasher and lots of toys for the kids. It is quiet, feels away from the main tourist area, is an extremely family- friendly option and a really nice space to come back to at the end of the day. We did day trips to beautiful beaches and also visited Dubrovnik which we highly recommend, even with 3 kids in tow! Thank you again Ružica! Rebecca, David & the boys

Absolutely perfect in every way a stunning place to stay so much space to chill inside and out everything you need is there which is a first for us . And the cleanest place we have stayed too . Unexpected gifts of wine and chocolates and meat and cheese too . We had kayaks so was brilliant to launch them from the one minute walk from the private lake access. Marijana so friendly and professional explained everything in five minutes to us without feeling rushed . This is a genuine honest review and can’t recommend it highly enough . We stayed at 2 villas in this village during our stay and this one was by far the superior. The layout of the house is brilliant and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We've never had a salt water pool but now like it more than chlorine. The pool is a very good size and the addition of an internal seat/shelf is great for days when you want to sit in the water to cool down. The villa had all the utensils needed for a 2 week stay. The location of the villa is good for visiting many of the areas attractions incline the skywalk, zipline, kayaking, Omis and coastal activities such as boat tours. We highly recommend visiting Bosnia during your stay and the restaurant at Eco Selo Grabovica, the food and view are amazing. Finally, the hosts make this villa the fantastic place it is and place it above others in the area. They genuinely want to ensure your stay is positive and go out of their way to help. Zvonko cooked us the best meal of our whole stay and we recommend this villa to anyone.

We’re so glad we chose Boris’s apartment – it truly felt like a home away from home. The place is beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed. This villa is perfect for a big group. Most rooms have an en-suite which is very helpful. There is an AC and fridge which is very good. The kitchen is good and the pool is fun. The beach is literally in the doorstep with restaurants and supermarkets close by. Stjepan was so helpful and easy to contact

It was a wonderful one week we spent here. The apartment was really clean, comfortable and the view even better than in the pictures updated. Urban and Susan are super friendly, they supported all our wishes. Recommend this place, especially if you come with a baby!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect. Check in was easy as Mira and her son in law greeted us. The place was extremely clean. The bedroom is upstairs with blackout curtains. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs. Bed was comfortable, wifi worked great, we were able to park our car right outside on the driveway. Mira even left food and beverages in the fridge for us. The apartment and kitchen is very well stocked with anything that you would need. We only stayed a few nights but could've easily stayed a month in this place. I would definitely stay here again!

The welcome we received was excellent, our hosts waited for us very late in the evening because of the delay of our plane. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable and the view of the water is beautiful. Fruit and drinks were waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. We highly recommend this place.

All as described from previous guests, nothing to add but this: We didn't have a car. The place is 15 min with taxi from the aeroport. A walk of 25 min brings you to a number of restaurants and in 50 min walk you are in Trogir. Heaven for SUP lovers. I had a pleasure of staying at this apartment for a long-term rental during my student exchange. From the very beginning, communication with the host was excellent, he was always very helpful. The apartment itself was exactly as described, it was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, close to the Žnjan Beach. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay in Split.

We had a lovely time staying here. The flat is in the perfect location, 1 minute from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Despite the proximity to all the action, the flat is very quiet and you are not disturbed by noise at all. There are stunning walking routes along the coast in both directions and its a 40 min walk to the mountain where you can find many trails. The flat is light and you get wonderful afternoon sun streaming in. Our hosts were so kind and even picked us up from the bus station when we arrived! The flat is well suited for long stays (we stayed a month).
