The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. It is the apartment for 2+2 persons , 55 m2, which is on the second floor, the central door with two rooms separeted by the inside door . The first one with the queen size bed , with own bathroom, tv, wifi, air conditioning , the balcony with the sea view .The second room with the one sofa - which can be the french bed for 2 persons , the own bathroom, iuncluding the kitchen with eating place, air conditioning , tv, wifi, the private parking place our property free of charge .

Apartment was very beautiful (looks exactly like on the pictures), very clean and you really feel like at home. Also you can reach everything by foot which is great. Vedrana is also so nice, explained everything very well (access to building very easy) and responds to questions very quickly! Definetely recommend and would definetely come again :))

It was just gorgeous! This year it was even more beautiful - the planting around the house has become even more lush and gives the whole a really Mediterranean feel-good atmosphere. 🌿🌸 The pool was wonderfully refreshing and perfectly maintained – ideal for relaxing. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and exactly as in the pictures. The location is fantastic: the mountains at the back, the sea at the front - an absolute dream! The only "negative": you don't want to leave the house anymore because it's so beautiful 😄 Many thanks to the warm hostess Karmen – we will be happy to come back! 😊😊

Can’t rate this place and this area highly enough. First visit to Croatia and fell in love. The house is perfect for a small family, everything you need, offstreet parking, plenty of space and god did we need the pool with the weather we had. Although you can walk down to the beach having a car was ideal as it was a 2 minute drive to the marina, shops or any of the wide range of restaurants. Milan is a top guy and great host. Responsive to any questions we had as it was our first visit to the country and couldn’t fault the whole experience.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bojana was a perfect host, very friendly and the added touches of fruit, fig cake and orange sweets were wonderful and much appreciated. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Great location, peaceful and scenic with only a short walk to beaches and the town by the harbour. We loved Jelsa and will certainly return to this very place again. It was a wonderful apartment and Bojana was fantastic. Thank you.
