We loved our stay at this place. The location in Kapalua and the beautiful grounds were unbeatable. There were just a few hiccups initially but they were resolved within 24 hours. Firstly the AC was not working which was hard with 2 young kids and the warm climate. The company was going to send a tech but he wouldn't be in until the next day so luckily my husband was able to fix it in the meantime. Secondly, we had ordered and paid for a pack and play which was supposed to be in the unit on arrival but did not arrive until 9 pm (already after my child needed to go to sleep). I was told this would be refunded by the lovely manager Scott who came to deliver the pack and play. He was also kind enough to lend us his binoculars for whale watching :) The unit itself is beautiful. Very new and clean and exactly as the photos. We would 100% rebook if staying back in Kapalua, Maui.

Excellent location, beautiful view, house was well stocked and the communication was terrific from both homeowner Steve alongside the property manager Walker. Speedy responses to any questions we had. Our family had a blast in Maui and would rent from Steve again. Steve also had great recommendations for local eating alongside a picturesque sunset spot. For our family of five, Steve's home was a winner.

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

We had the best time at this condo! It was quiet and clean and was exactly what we were hoping for! Don was incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed recommendations to rent baby gear! We had a great time and hope to Come back again

Absolutely incredible stay. The suite was everything we needed and more. The beachfront porch was peaceful and private. There was gear for every beach activity you could ever want to do and it was so fun. We cannot wait to come back!

Very beautiful location to stay at in Kaanapali! Has a gym with just enough equipment, grills and pools, and an included private golf cart upon request to the beautiful Kaanapali beaches. Also towel service available until 5:30pm! So wonderful! AC and other amenities were great, did not have a single issue or complaint my entire stay here. Had a great time here, will hopefully be back!!!

Wow, what an amazing stay! The villa was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean, waterfall, and mountains. The private pool and hot tub were perfect spots to relax and soak in the scenery. We were delighted to discover a charming hidden nook upstairs overlooking the pool a delightful surprise! The bedroom was gorgeous, and while the outdoor shower took a moment to get used to, it turned out to be such a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Being nestled in a garden setting, we did encounter a few critters like cockroaches, spiders, lizards, and mosquito eaters, especially since we loved keeping the doors open to feel the refreshing breeze. It didn’t bother us much, though a quick sweep of some webs inside would have been appreciated. Now this is quite a drive from any towns/ restaurants so prepare in advance and stop somehwere before check in! Overall, the place was very clean, and our stay was incredibly peaceful. We loved Maria’s place! Open plan with lots of space to relax and socialize. We loved having a washer and dryer! The beach chairs were an added bonus. The lanai was my favorite place. It faces due east so we were able to watch the sunrise every day while listening to the birds and drinking our coffee. The beds were very comfortable. A lovely neighborhood within walking distance to town, which we did every day. I highly recommend this lovely home!

This house was perfect for us. We loved how it was close to everything but private you feel like you’re way out in the country but in reality you’re just close to the main road in the main town. There are a lot of chickens walking around in the morning and clocking, but they go to sleep at night and they’re fun to watchthe house had everything we needed to cook as we cooked most of our meals

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Our stay was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. The house had a great breeze that kept us cool. The yard space was a plus for my kids. It was a great choice. We would definitely stay there again.

Ryan's place was truly exceptional and worth the price. The spaces matches the photos and description, the neighborhood was stunning with plants and flowers everywhere, and you can't get any better than being steps from the ocean. We will absolutely be staying here again! The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, and they had good quality linens and towels. Something important to me is how comfortable the sitting area is, where people gather together. This living room was perfect! Couch was clean and comfortable, and the chairs next to it were too. It was easy to lounge in there with our family. We also really appreciated that there were so many great beach accessories we could use, like chairs, boogie board, sand castle buckets, etc. Ryan was easy to get a hold of and gracious. We did suggest that he put some grease on the bathroom door in the Ocean (master) bedroom because it gets quite loud when opening at night. He said they will get that fixed! Can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Magrit’s place on Maui! The place was comfortable (including the beds!), private, and had spectacular views. There was not direct beach access, but we knew that going in and we spent lots of time exploring the island and other beaches. Having our own yard overlooking the waves (and surfers) was just right for us while we sipped our morning coffee or unwound from a busy day. While the north shore is a bit more humid and the beaches are less calm, we much preferred this area to the other parts of the island where all the resorts are located. Paia is very cute with some great restaurants and shops and it’s centrally located for exploring the north country or the road to Hāna. If it didn’t take 12+ hrs to fly there we would be back there again soon!

This was a beautiful location that feels private yet is conveniently walkable to great retail, grocery stores, restaurants, shaved-ice and coffee. It was perfect for our multi-generational group from tweens to grandparents with enough space to spread out and relax. The house looks even better in person with sunlight and sea breeze streaming in! 🤙

We had an amazing time. Amy & Jay were extremely responsive and the property was immaculate. Our family of 5 had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy the beach and be within 15 minutes of anything on the west side of Maui. We plan on returning soon!

Rolene was a wonderful host. So convenient when you are wanting to stay in Hana.

A wonderfully comfortable Hawaiian cottage with plenty of room to spread out. It’s fully equipped with beach chairs, snorkel gear, pickle ball paddles and even a cooler. Van was so helpful and accommodating during our stay. Easy 10 minute walk down to the main beach access with a great boardwalk. Highly recommend this great little spot.

Beautiful property with a great deck. Was perfect for a family vacation. So close to all the resorts and the beach. Great location to get around Maui. Would highly recommend!

John’s place was perfect for what we wanted. We didn’t want to stay in a resort, but wanted access to all the island had to offer- this was the spot. Easy to access upcountry, get to the swimmable beaches, watch world Class surfing, good food. Being across the street from the store made grabbing breakfast, poke and sandwiches a breeze. The cottage was clean, quiet, and cozy.

Perfect location with beautiful beaches nearby. Not a lot of restaurants around but if you have a car - it’s easy to navigate. The view from the bedroom and living room is brilliant 😍 We really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend 🙌🏻

Todd's place was clean and cozy. The town is a local's town, not touristy & fancy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. It was nice to have the use of folding chairs & umbrella to take to the beach. The Four Sister's bakery one block away is a must try! Get the butter rolls for sure! There are also some food trucks a couple of blocks away.

Prime location. House was equipped with beach necessities which made it really convenient for the family. A short walk across the highway and you're right at airport beach.
