Monthly Rentals in Malacca Strait

Had a nice stay at Steven's place. the place has been nicely renovated and has a nice vibe that feels cozy. The views from the apartment are really nice and you can enjoy both some beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Good place for people looking for long stay and get focused on work. beware though that if you come during any celebrations, the neighborhood sure loves their fireworks until late, but out of celebrations, it's peaceful :)

We stayed in Birdie's place for 1 month. Host is very accommodating, responds right away and all issues were resolved almost immediately. Cleaning is provided once a week and they did a very good job with bedding and towels change. The essentials were provided and filled up as needed: laundry detergent, soaps, etc. The location was perfect for our needs, we walked to a lot of places, but the place was not exactly as it was shown in the pictures, dated and needs some attention. This place is not for people like us who love to cook at home as the kitchen is stocked to a bare minimum, but if you eat out all the time it's great, as there are plenty of options around. The check in and check out though flexible, are somewhat cumbersome, require host assistance instead of just having a simple lockbox, we understood this is due to the building regulations. Overall, not a bad value for location in KL.
