My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The house has a beautiful private terrace 12m2 and a private garden 42m2. There is a modern garden seating on the terrace. Very good accessibility to the center of Bratislava 20 min. by car and fast connection to the highway in about 5 min. It is 1 hour by car to Vienna. It is 19 minutes by car to the town of Senec, where there is a water park and sunny lakes. In the vicinity you will find grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

There is everything you need, including a cold shower, toilet, sofa bed and even a small refrigerator. Enjoy the silence of nature in solitude under the forest and watch the stars ✨ in the sky, drinking wine 🍷or get up for the sunrise.🌄 You can get here by car on a dirt road. If you don't dare to go all the way up by car, you can park below and walk up 300m.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery
