Located in a quiet green residential area with beautiful gardens and a pool. You can enjoy the confort and convinience of a private huge terrace , a perfect place to relax! Down the hill (quite steep) hill you´ll get to La Carihuela Beach with lots of restaurants and shops. The train station is a short walk away and across the road .

Quiet penthouse with large terrace. Two blocks from Calle Larios and opposite the Cervantes Theater. Also ten minutes from the beach! It has a bedroom that overlooks the living room and from the bedroom itself you can access an exclusive terrace with a nightstand. Also above the bed a large window in the ceiling will let you see the stars! It includes a parking space in a nearby building and most importantly, silence at night to be able to rest!!
