Very close to the Arab Baths and the Arch of Felipe V, must-sees for visitors. Former guardhouse of the Molino de Alarcón, refurbished and equipped for 6 guests. Very comfortable, bright and easily accessible. It has outdoor private parking for 4 vehicles. Two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and a living room with a large sofa bed for two people. In addition to a separate full bathroom. It also has a work area, with a desk and chair. The kitchen, American type, is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, oven-toaster, ceramic hob, dishwasher and kitchen utensils and complete kitchenware for 6 people, which includes crockery, glassware and cutlery, as well as salad bowls, dishes, etc. All the kitchenware, as well as the household linen, are brand new and the decor is classic and chic at the same time.
