Located on the fourth floor of a renovated 19th century building but that has kept the elements of architectural value preserving its original facade. Being in the heart of the historic center (Calle Niño Guevara), you can walk to all the points of interest in a few minutes This penthouse is located in the street Niño de Guevara, on the fourth floor of a building of the NINETEENTH CENTURY completely renovated but which has respected the elements of architectural value while preserving its original facade and stately appearance. The interior of the house is totally new, taking care of the design of the decoration. The qualities and materials of the house are of high range, and it is worth highlighting the altitude of the ceilings, the windows overlooking Gibralfaro Castle and the Alcazaba from all rooms (living room and two bedrooms), armoured door, pallet floor, air conditioning and double glazed windows. The attic has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible: Wifi,  40” Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washer-dryer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.), hair dryer, iron, etc. It has two bedrooms, both with double beds of 160cm (queen size) and 135cm (double) respectively. In the living room is integrated the kitchen and a comfortable and spacious chaise longue sofa convertible into a 135cm bed.  Supply of towels , soap, shampoo and gel and toilet paper. Travel cot, high chair and baby bathtub. Whenever I can I will receive you personally to give you the key and answer your questions so that your stay is as profitable and pleasant as possible. If it could not be, I would leave the keys in a safe deposit box but of course it would always be available. Before your arrival I will send you my suggestions about Malaga, with my favorite restaurants, charming places, local recommendations, etc. The entrance is from four and the exit at eleven, but we could try to adapt to your needs. To do this, before arrival, we would be in contact to arrange the time of entry. If you had to arrive later than 21 hours you would have to notify when the reservation was made or well in advance. The location is unbeatable. It is located on a pedestrian street with stately buildings in the heart of the historic center so you can walk a short distance to the points of tourist interest. It is 2 minutes from the Picasso Museum and 5 minutes from Calle Larios, Plaza de la Merced, the Alcazaba or the Cathedral. The nearest beach (La Malagueta), Pier One and the most commercial area (shopping centers), 10-15 min. There is a public garage and a taxi rank 3 minutes away Being in the historic center, you can walk a short distance to the points of tourist interest.
