The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Delightful little Provencal farmhouse with private pool, very quiet in a hamlet in Drôme Provençale 10 km from Grignan. Le Mas des Amis is located in Séguret in Provence, in one of the most beautiful villages in France, 900 m from the medieval village center. The property is bordered by vineyards and an olive grove, in the heart of a plot of more than one hectare, in a quiet but not isolated location. Backed by the hill, the farmhouse is placed in a dominant position and offers an unobstructed view of the Ouvèze plain. Facing mainly west, it is ideal for enjoying sunsets.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
