Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Malden

We loved the house; very clean and modern. Great communication from the hosts and short distance to great local restaurants and family fun!

We arrived very late, spent the next day in Boston and flew out the next morning at 3 am. So we didn’t spend much time there but we loved the time we spent there. Lots of space, very very comfortable beds. We loved it. The only problem was there was water leaking in the kitchen on the floor, I informed the owner but problem wasn’t resolved while we were there but we didn’t mind.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to find and made a perfect central spot for visiting Boston and exploring the coast. Javer was super responsive and communicated clearly throughout—would definitely stay again!

We took my daughter and her friend for her senior trip and had a wonderful time! The convenience to Salem, Concord and Boston really made our trip spectacular! Thank you for the wonderful stay and checking on us to make sure we had everything we possibly needed!

The home was in a very nice and quiet area of town with groceries, gas and restaurants a short walk or drive away even in during busy hours of Boston traffic. The home was actually larger than expected with two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Everything was clean and ready for us with a well equipped kitchen and filtered water. There was a nice booth area to eat as well as counter seating and a dining room. We only had three in our party, but you could comfortably house a much larger family in the rental. We have a few more trips planned to Boston this year and will book this first if it is available, would like to stay again.

We were visiting Melrose for a family event and wanted a quiet haven for our time between big social gatherings. We chose Gene’s place because we love Victorian houses and decor - and it proved to be a beautiful example of the era, lovingly restored and comfortable. We had limited time to hang out in the cozy living room but enjoyed breakfasts from the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and great for sleeping. The grounds are lovely and the whole area of Melrose Highlands is filled with gorgeous Victorian homes, as we discovered during morning walks. We highly recommend Gene’s place - and Gene himself, a friendly and responsive host - and we hope to return.

Great place. Destin allow us to drop our bags early in the morning which was very helpful for us. The place was clean and had everything you need. Walking distance to bus stops. Easy and safe to walk around. Totally recommend it. Will stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area. Note there are no tv’s in the upstairs bedrooms, but otherwise it’s a great spot with a great backyard perfect for hanging out!!!

Christin is an exceptional host and this property is really special. Spacious, and incredibly well-appointed with a playful mid-century modern vibe. The deck boasts a lovely view and this beautiful space was just what we needed during a hectic, family event-driven visit to the area. Christin is super-communicative and considerate host who anticipates guests’ every need—and then some! From a well-stocked kitchen to her list of local go-tos for food, drink, pampering and fun, she provided it all before we even thought of it. There was even a bottle of celebratory bubbly chilling in the fridge when we arrived. A top Airbnb experience!

Linda’s place is a rare find. It felt like home. It was super clean, with the amenities just as listed. There were enough towels and comfortable beddings. Her instructions were detailed and helpful . Check in was super easy! I highly recommend.

Melanie’s listing was exactly as described. Perfect spot for a quick weekend stay! Couch was shockingly comfortable. She was an excellent host who was always super quick to respond.

Just a bit tricky to find, given some construction, but otherwise truly as advertised. Clean space, beautiful recent renovation, amenities I would expect at a high-end hotel (gorgeous towels and sheets, snacks, Pears soap!). Emanuel was most attentive and accessible by email, (and I would expect by phone as well); we had no need to reach out as he was most proactive in making sure we were fully satisfied. The space is small but fully furnished (just be careful in the bedroom; the full bed nearly fills the space). He even provided quarters for the laundry! Great location steps from Inman Square, and off-street parking next to the apartment was especially appreciated. Highly recommend the apartment and Emanuel as a host.

It was a beautiful little air bnb! the theme was cute and there were so many little small touches that made it so great- we got robes, fresh chicken eggs and a goose egg, coffee bar, extra toiletries if you forgot some, etc. not to mention I was traveling from out of state and had to take my culinary school assignment with me, she provided me the right pan I needed so I didn’t have to haul it in luggage :) they were so sweet and there’s even some super yummy honey for sale from their beehive in the backyard! the geese outside were so fun to look at! and I loved the neighborhood

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

Simple space for one person or a couple. Excellent location. Beautiful back porch. Very clean. Quiet and easy to fall asleep. Good coffee. Can hear birds singing in the morning.

Shirley's place is as described. It is comfortable and generous in size. There is parking available both in the driveway and on the street(with a supplied parking pass) for two cars altogether. Fresh linens are plentiful and the kitchen is very practical for cooking and eating in. Outdoor furniture on the back porch allowed us to invite over friends and socialize in nice weather. It is simple, but comfortable.

Dan’s place was perfect - so clean and in a great location. Dan was helpful and communicative. He even kindly left us some snacks and seltzer waters in the fridge! Such a nice touch.

We had a great stay at Cayla's home. Cayla was very responsive and flexible. We appreciated the availability of street parking (with permit provided) and laundry in the basement. Would definitely stay again!

Located in a lovely neighborhood, this place is a gem! So well appointed, there was nothing we could have needed that wasn’t there! The decor was beautiful and Kelly provided so many extra touches. The kitchen was well equipped, including spices, Keurig Cup Pods, tons of dishes, and utensils. The bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable beds. We can’t wait to come back!!!

What a gem!! Ana's appartement is amazing. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is great too. There is a nice patio to sit on at the back. Ana's house is extrememy clean, cosy and very well maintained, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston!

Had a wonderful one night stay at Bryan’s place while visiting family. Home was extremely clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The provided snack basket/water was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out.
