The house mad3 of wood, spacious, very peaceful location, few step from the nice beach. The neighbourhood is good, but a bit empty in the night. Was nice stay for us.

The house is conveniently located, both Alejandra and her son were super attentive and responsive in communication. The house is just like in the photos, something important to enjoy with our pets.

We spent some very nice days. Analía was always attentive to any questions or queries and was very easy to communicate.

The house is just like the photos, spectacular!

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay in Piriápolis! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the living space was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day out. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was peaceful and beautifully maintained—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

A great place to spend a few days, both summer and winter. It has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very complete, everything is very practical and comfortable. Front with a lot of greenery and even space to make a stove, very nice to be outside too. Lots of decorative details that give it a plus and a home feel. I was with my wife for 30 days. On the day of arrival we met Paola who was leaving everything impeccable, and she told us about the operation of each thing in the house. We take all-day walks with peace of mind thanks to the security of the cameras and alarm. The beach is one block away. It coincided with my birthday and Randy surprised me with a postcard and a bottle of good wine. After three days of being in the house, he texted me to see if we were having a good time. When we couldn't connect the phone to the Smart TV, he offered to pay for two or three days until we fixed it, but it wasn't necessary. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Excellent host, so much so that God willing we plan to return.
